Our tailoring services are based in Singapore, and we provide international apparel delivery. For services and deliveries outside of Singapore, additional terms and conditions may apply.

4. Appointments and Measurements

  • Appointments for personalised tailoring must be scheduled in advance.
  • Measurements will be taken at the location of your choice.
  • Fabric, style, and colour selections will be made during the appointment, with recommendations provided based on current trends and your preferences.

5. Lead Time

  • The typical lead time for bespoke tailoring is 4-6 weeks.
  • We recommend scheduling appointments at least 2 months prior to any planned events to ensure timely delivery.

6. Fitting Sessions and Adjustments

  • Fitting sessions will occur 1-2 times after the initial tailoring process.
  • We will make necessary adjustments to ensure you are satisfied with the fit and final product.
  • Final delivery will be made only when you are completely satisfied.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services and apparel must be completed in accordance with the invoice provided.
  • We accept various payment methods as specified on our website.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
  • Refunds are not available for custom-tailored items once production has commenced.
  • For off-the-shelf apparel, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Returns Policy.

9. Shipping and Delivery

  • We will deliver our products to the delivery address specified in your order. We aim to deliver within the time frame specified on our website, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
  • We are not liable for any damages caused by the shipping courier, including late deliveries or non-deliveries.
  • International deliveries may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We reserve the right, at any time after receiving your order, to accept, refuse, place on hold, or cancel any order. Payments incurred during this process will be refunded if no costs are incurred, but each case will be handled individually.
