Raising a Refund Request

If you would like to request a refund, please contact us via email at support@nineteen95.store. Include a photo of the issue with your item and a brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund. Our team will review your request and respond with the outcome as soon as possible.

At Nineteen95, we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our return policy below.

1. Size Exchanges and Refunds
   • We offer exchanges for different sizes and refunds if the item is returned in its original condition with the original packaging.
   • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
   • Please note: All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Refund Options
   • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only. The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
   • If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item), we will credit you an additional $10 as a token of appreciation.
3. Processing Time
   • Once we receive the return parcel and it passes our inspection, refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days.
4. Return Shipping
   • We will arrange the return parcel service on your behalf. However, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
5. Custom-Made Garments
   • Please note that for custom-made garments, we do not offer refunds as these pieces are tailored specifically to your measurements.
6. Sizing or Damaged Items
   • Should there be any sizing mistakes made by us, or if you receive a damaged item, please contact us via email. These issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Policy Changes and Agreement
   • We reserve the right to accept, reject, or approve returns and exchanges based on our evaluation.
